Under the leadership of director Michael Bay, the TRANSFORMERS cast and crew teams up again for the third installment of the franchise—this time in 3D. Shia LaBeouf returns as Sam Witwicky joined by a large ensemble including Josh Duhamel, John Turturro, Tyrese Gibson, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, Patrick Dempsey, Kevin Dunn, Julie White, Ken Jeong, with John Malkovich and Frances McDormand. From a script written by Ehren Kruger, this time Sam must race to solve a Cold War-era mystery that erupts into a present-day conflict, threatening to bring to Earth a war so big that the Autobots alone may not be able to save humanity. Bay’s crew includes cinematographer Amir Mokri, editors Roger Barton, William Goldenberg, A.C.E. and Joel Negron, sound editors Ethan Van Der Ryn and Erik Aadahl, sound mixer Peter J. Devlin, C.A.S., re-recording mixers Greg P. Russell, Gary Summers and Jeffrey J. Haboush, production designer Nigel Phelps, set decorator Jennifer Williams, costume designer Deborah L. Scott, composer Steve Jablonsky and a large visual effects team including Scott Farrar, ASC, Scott Benza, Matthew Butler and John Frazier. TRANSFORMERS: DARK OF THE MOON was produced by Don Murphy & Tom DeSanto, Lorenzo diBonaventura and Ian Bryce.
